Your product may be eligible for price matching if it is:

1) Identical to the competitor’s product and available - Both products (Ethnic Rack’s & Competitor’s) should be exactly same – original, same brand, size, style, color etc. The product must be in-stock on the competitor’s website at the time a price match is requested.

2) Found at qualifying competitors - We match qualifying online retailors price. Online prices must be verifiable via the competitor’s website. If the price can’t be validated, Ethnic Rack may decline to price match. Products sold on third party marketplace platform may not be eligible for price match.

3) Submited with Valid proof – We need snapshots of the competitor’s price of the same product and final cart value, including stitching, shipping and delivery fees. Prices are matched after taking into account any Ethnic Rack’s coupon discount, store credit, rewards points, stitching, shipping and delivery fees. For example, if a competitor is offering an item at $50 plus $10 stitching and $10 shipping, the match price will be $70.

Products that other retailers have listed as sale, bundle offer, flash sale, limited quantity offers or damaged are not part of price match.

How to request price match?

If you think you are eligible based on above, contact us at support@ethnic-rack.com. Here, is how you claim.

• Take a snapshot of original product from Ethnic-Rack.com with price mentioned and final cart value.
• Take another snapshot of the competitor's price of the same product and final cart value.
• Send both the snapshots and relevant links on support@ethnic-rack.com
• We will check all details and if the product is authentic you will be sent a revised custom payment link of matched price.
• In case we are not able to match the price, we will issue a 100% refund to your account.

Price match is ONLY available before making a purchase and cannot be adjusted on previous purchases. Ethnic-rack.com has the final decision for matching an online price. Ethnic Rack may amend these terms at any time.

• You can add multiple cards to your cart. Minimum required value per E-Gift card is $20.
• When merchandise is ordered along with E-GiftCards, stitching charges, shipping and other charges will be applied to the merchandise portion of the order.
• E-GiftCard purchases are not eligible for promotional discounts.Merchandise returns will be refunded in the form of a Store credit at Ethnic-Rack.com.
• The remaining balance on the Card shall be credited as a store credit into your Ethnic-Rack.com account.
• Please safeguard your Ethnic-Rack.com E-Gift Card number. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. If your E-Gift Card number is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue you store credit for the balance shown on our records.
• We have the right to cancel E-Gift Cards if obtained fraudulently.

PROVIDING A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS:

• E-GiftCards are sent via e-mail to the recipient.
• Ethnic Rack is not responsible for e-gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate e-mail address. Please check to make sure the e-mail address is correct.
• If you have provided a correct e-mail address, but the e-mail containing the e-gift card has not been received within a reasonable period, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed
  • Spam filter blocked e-mail or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
  • Recipient's firewall blocked the e-mail
  • E-mail inbox is over size limit
  • Invalid e-mail address

If a spam filter is blocking support@ethnic-rack.come-mails from getting to an inbox, the e-mail options will need to be modified so that Ethnic-Rack.com e-mails are not considered spam.
