How to submit measurements?
 
You need to sign up or log in to the account in order to submit the measurement. Click Add To Bag button and you will be asked to sign up or login if you haven’t done so yet.
 
Can you customize or stitch outfit for plus or petite sizes?
 
In most cases, we can do. But It depends upon style, design, fabric, embroidery or other work of the outfit. If you are flexible we can customize any outfit as per your size. Please contact us with product code or image of the product before you place the order.
 
Can you make the custom outfit or Jewelry of my choice?
 
In most of the cases, we can make any outfit or Jewelry you desire. Just send us an email at support@ethnic-rack.com with your ideas, pictures, and budget. We will contact you with further details and quote.
 
How long does it take to deliver an order?
 
Usually, we ship the outfits within 15-20 days. If you have ordered stitched outfit we need additional 3 to 5 working days. Shipping time depends upon the availability of product with our suppliers, therefore it varies from product to product. For your convenience, we have mentioned tentative shipping date on each product page.
 
Need it sooner?  Please contact us if you need your order to be delivered earlier before you place the order. 
 
How much is shipping charges? Can I know before I order?
 
Shipping charges vary from country to country and total weight of the order. If you have any questions please contact us along with product code, the quantity you want to order and delivery country and we will give you the exact shipping price.
 
To know the shipping charges before you place an order, add all the items in shopping bag along with required quantities and select the country where an order is to be shipped. It will calculate total shipping charges for your entire order.
 
Is the shipping charge calculated on the weight of the package?
 
The shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of the number of products in your order. You can view the shipping cost once you enter your shipping details during checkout.
 
Can I track the package once it is shipped?
 
Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking code once your order is shipped. You can also track your package on our website with tracking number.
 
Can you deliver to any country in the world?
 
Yes, we deliver to almost all countries in the world. If your country is not listed in delivery options during checkout, please contact us.
 
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of your order delivery on any unstitched and standard size outfits. However, you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package to qualify for return approval. Once approved, you will be sent a return authorization number (RAN) without which returns won’t be accepted to exchange any merchandise or issue refund or store credit. Refer our Return Policy here. Can I return stitched or customized outfits?
 
We accept returns on standard stitched outfits as long as they meet all the return requirements including one mentioned above. We do not accept returns on custom outfits. However, we understand that there could be a mistake on our end or your end. In that case, we may accept the exchange, returns or provide store credit, on the case by case basis. Refer to our Return Policy.
 
Will I get a full refund if I return the product?
 
As stated above, on qualifying returns you will get a full refund of the price of the item you paid for after deducting all rewards, discounts, promotions, and coupons.
 
The amount of your order paid by store credit or gift cards will be credited back as store credit. A balance of your refund will be credited back in the same mode of payment as you made the purchase in.
 
We do not provide refunds for stitching, shipping or any local taxes or customs duties paid by you when you placed an order. You will have to pay for return shipping.
 
Is there any restocking fee when I return?
 
There is no restocking fee when you return your products.  
 
How can I pay for my order?
 
We accept payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payment. You can make payment using all major credit or debit cards.

Once payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email.
 
My card is declined. What should I do?
 
Please recheck if you have given your card details correct. If so, please contact your banks and explain to them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your banks might block your cards for security issues. Alternatively, contact us to arrange alternate payment methods.
 
Can I pay using bank transfer? Where do I get details of your bank account?

I do not have a PayPal account. How can I pay?
